Welcome to "Dogs in Boats"!

My best friend and I both got puppies last year, and since we go out in my boat, so do they. We have a lot of fun, and get to see some beautiful scenery while getting fresh air and exercise.

A manatee in Crane Creek.

I hope I was able to save the memory card, because we had a manatee encounter that day and I got some great photos of manatees coming up to our boats. A couple of them bumped my boat around a little, and one had his head out of the water staring at Harley. They were coming up right against my boat, so close I could feel their breath on my leg as they exhaled. How cool!

I hate not having a camera, but I already have lots and lots of photos from all the beautiful creeks we've been exploring, and will be getting them online shortly.

In the meantime, if you know where I can pick up a low-cost (even used!) *waterproof* camera, please drop me a line!
